30-Day Policy
Guts & Glory Apothecary employs a strict 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for all items.*
Since we package and ship out products with extreme attention and care, we average two damaged products per year. If your product arrives damaged upon delivery, please send digital photos to [email protected] in addition to your refund or exchange request.
To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be approved within 2-14 business days. You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request based on the parameters outlined in our policy. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-30 business days. You may also get a gift certificate for the products returned and this will be issued immediately upon confirmation of receipt of the returned products. Gift certificates are the most expedient option.
Late or Missing Refunds
Before reaching out, we ask you to please verify your refund hasn't posted as pending or complete in your account.
Next, we recommend you contact your credit card company directly. It may take up to 30 business days before your refund officially posts.
If you still don't see your funds returned, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for a non-like item in the event you are not satisfied with your original purchased item. You will be responsible for paying return shipping for your original item, and your exchange will be processed upon notification that we have received your return.
Although a rare occurrence, if the item you ordered arrives defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please send photos of the damaged item and the original packaging along with your request for an exchange to [email protected]
Delivery time for your new item will vary depending on your location. You will be notified by your email we have on file as to when your item ships.
Gift Refunds
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the purchase when returned. You are responsible for return shipping and all other parts of the refund policy apply. This is the only exception where we exempt our policy to refund the original payment method.
In the event that your item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to his or her location to personally give to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the original purchaser. We require a receipt and we refund using the original payment method.
Return Shipping
To confirm you are eligible for a return, please email [email protected]. Upon approval of your return or exchange we will send you the appropriate shipping address. Items shipped back are not guaranteed a refund unless approved.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns not caused by damage upon delivery are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange for non-damaged items and your item arrived postage due, we will deduct the postage cost from your refund.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend you send it certified mail so you can guarantee our receipt of your item.
Please ensure to properly cushion and pad your unwanted items in the shipping box to prevent damage or breakage. If the box contains multiple products, they should not be able to move inside the box or they will become bent and damaged. We will not refund damaged products returned to us unless the damage occured upon original delivery to you. Photos of the damaged products are required to get a refund.
*We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request of an identical product ordered by the same customer twice unless the item arrives damaged in the future shipment.
