I’m located in Chattanooga, TN. Because I work by phone and the video, I see clients all over the world. I have found phone coaching to be highly effective even with clients I have never met face to face. In fact, I’ve found that the results are often better achieved by phone through the safe and confidential environment where you don’t even have to leave the privacy of your own home.I accept credit cards and can make any program into monthly installments using recurring billing, a deposit is often required and financing fees. If you choose to pay in full up front, you'll get the best rate and is the only exception where I will accept a check.

Private Chef Placement
If you are a busy entrepreneur and want to stay healthy or get healthy I know you aren't going to prepare and cook all the healing foods you need. You're too committed to your work and your mission. That's no problem! I will set you up with a chef in your city who will stock your fridge with the healthiest foods you need to stay fit, eat well, and glow from the inside out.
Here's the best part! I will select the top few chefs in your area that are best matched for you AND once you choose which one you want to work with I DO ALL THE WORK for you. I will text with the chef and make sure they are cooking what you want to eat. I will teach them to track your food, menu, and meal plans so they can share it with the next chef if they need to move on. We will set up a self-care food plan that keeps you from having to think about it again without losing your health along the way.
They will even prep food for your travels and ship things to your hotel if you'd like. It's all up to you and I'll take care of it.
This includes an initial consult with you to determine your dietary needs, interviews with chefs, placement, and shared documents that the chef will update as you go. I will be the go-between to help your chef get situated into your kitchen if you want them to cook at your place or make a plan for them to come stock your fridge 1-3 times per week. Hi Summer,
My name is Lizzy Rieke. I’ve heard your name a lot of times around the Olympia food nerd/punk/etc communities and really respect your work with nutrition and fermentation. Way to rock hard.
I am messaging you for a couple of reasons. I have been checking out your website and totally dig the little videos and stuff you’ve done about gut rebuilding and what-have-you. It’s all stuff I know some things about but not nearly as much as I’d like to know. I do a lot of home fermentation and think about nutrition and nourishment all the time. My questions are as follows:
a) How did you get where you are? Being a fellow ferment/nutrition nerd, I am really interested in pursuing some kind of training in nutrition therapy or something along those lines. Do you have any recommendations for someone looking for ways into that work?
b) I have struggled for years upon years with digestive problems and know that my gut is in some need of rebuilding. I would love nothing more than to participate in one of your programs but I am living across the country in Virginia currently, farming and working in food service. Consequently, the cost of any of them is totally prohibitive to me. I wonder if you’d be willing to point me in the direction of any books you use or info on how to design my own program at home? Can you do a pH test on yourself at home? I would be SO GRATEFUL for your advice and/or nudge in the direction of how to come up with a program for myself that’s actually effective. I’m really tired of trying to heal and failing.
Anyway, thanks for doing what you do! I hope your work is going splendidly and keep on fermenting revolution, eh?

a) I trained in herbal medicine and went to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in NYC. I also studied this at Evergreen and got certified through Columbia University in Integrative Nutrition. I would recommend any of those programs hands down (mention my name at IIN and you may get a discount). Also, I have a Fermentationist Certification Program that is a year-long training where I train wellness practitioners how to repair their clients’ effed-up digestion by recommending the RIGHT fermented foods. Let me know if you’d like to personally discuss that option.
b) All my programs are virtual. I would like to point you in the direction of asking you what it is going to cost you in the future (or what is it costing you now) to NOT do the work needed to heal your gut. You are very important. You have one short life and in order to fully live it, you must heal your body so you can take things to the next level of reaching others with your purpose. But you can’t do this effectively unless you have handled your own health challenges and obstacles. I am happy to coach you through this process – just email [email protected] and my assistant, Cyndi, will get you on the calendar for a complimentary 30-min consult. There are many books on diets and healing, but I have found that the most effective way to do this work is with the guidance of someone who knows how to help you through it with tons of experience and be surrounded by a supportive community like we have here in the Gut Rebuilding program to get the accountability and emotional support needed. Because really, what’s underneath many of your health concerns is a bunch of beliefs and decisions that you have made throughout your life that are no longer serving you – and instead and keeping you sick.
